VIETRI-TJ's is a family-owned business located in Dallas, Texas. We carry the complete line of VIETRI products in our web store, a secure and convenient shopping environment. Over time we will expand the range of products offered in our web store and the shopping services available. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we appreciate your business!
Shipping
The total charge for all purchases made in our web store will include a shipping fee, which also covers packing and (when necessary) insurance. We ship via UPS Ground to the continental 48 states (up to 7 business days, depending on location). Please contact us by phone at 214-691-2369 to arrange shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, or to request expedited shipping. We do not currently ship to locations outside the United States and Canada.
Delivery time / order status
Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the items you requested are not in stock, your order may take anywhere from two to six weeks to arrive. We cannot guarantee delivery of web orders by a particular date, but can often estimate arrival times for a specific order. Please call 214-691-2369 if you have questions. We will follow up and get back to you as quickly as possible.
Order cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order after it has been placed (for example, if the merchandise you ordered is no longer available). If cancellation is necessary, we will notify you immediately and arrange to credit your charge card.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been paid for but not yet processed, we will refund the purchase amount minus a 5% bank fee for credit card processing. If you wish to cancel an order for which the items have already been processed and packed, you will be charged a $15 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater, as well as the applicable bank fee. If your order has already been shipped, the return policies below apply. Special orders may be subject to additional restrictions.
